Abstract

The invention relates to a chaff interference simulation method and a chaff interference simulator, and belongs to the technical field of radar. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out offline simulation based on chaff electromagnetic characteristics to generate a chaff interference filter coefficient; then, generating echo coefficients with chaff interference characteristics on line; and further generating a chaff interference analog signal. According to the invention, simulation of various chaff interferences can be realized with relatively low complexity and high precision, including chaff missile characteristics, various wind speeds, throwing speeds, throwing directions, one-time throwing, continuous throwing, various frequency ranges and various platform movement speeds of ship-borne, airborne and missile-borne platforms, thus adapting to various radar signals; the high-precision low-complexity and universality which are not possessed by a traditional chaffinterference simulator can be realized by the invention, and the chaff interference simulation method has an extremely high application prospect.
