The alternating-current generator also comprises a rotating structure which can rotate around the center shaft, and the rotating structure comprises a positive plate assembly and a negative plate assembly which are sequentially arranged in the circumferential direction of the center shaft. The positive plate assembly comprises atleast two layers of positive plates containing positive charges, and the negative plate assembly comprises at least two layers of negative plates containing negative charges. The positive plates and the negative plates are respectively and sequentially interpenetrated with the first induction pole plates and the second induction pole plates in the synchronous rotation process to form a capacitor.The power utilization system comprises the alternating-current generator. The alternating-current generator and the power utilization system provided by the invention are high in power generation efficiency.
