Abstract

The invention discloses moisture-retaining and wrinkle-removing foundation make-up and a preparation method thereof. The foundation make-up comprises the following components in percentage by weight:5-15% of polyhydric alcohol, 3-12% of low-viscosity silicone oil, 8-20% of skin-moistening grease, 2.5-8% of an emulsifier, 5-12% of a coloring agent, 0-3% of a suspension thickener, 2-8% of an activematter, 0-0.1% of a chelating agent, 0.05-2% of an anti-allergy agent, 0-5% of a skin feeling regulator, 0-6% of a film-forming agent, 0.5-1.2% of an inorganic salt and 0.5-1.5% of a preservative, with the balance being deionized water, wherein the active matter is one or more selected from the group consisting of tocopherol phosphate, retinol, phytosterol and lecithin, and the film-forming agentis an acrylic acid (acrylate)/polytrimethylsiloxane methacrylate copolymer or a trimethylsiloxy silicate/polydimethylsiloxane alcohol cross-linked polymer.
