Compared with a large icebreaker, the icebreaker is small in size, and does not need to conduct ice breaking through the gravity of the ice breaker; meanwhile, due to the fact that small rivers are frozen to be thin, the problem of resource waste caused by thin ice breaking of a large ice breaker is solved; and meanwhile, as ice blocks are broken through the rotatable excavator, the icebreaker can prevent the situation that the power of the ice breaker is not enough and ice breaking is difficult.
