The invention provides a medical care management system and method. The system comprises an establishment module, a pain evaluation module and a consultation and guidance module, wherein the establishment module is used for establishing an interaction platform for interconnecting doctors and patients; the pain evaluation module is connected with the interaction platform and used for establishing apatient pain file in the interaction platform and recording a patient medical record in the patient pain file to generate a patient pain log; and the consultation and guidance module is used for sending consultation and inquiry information of the patient to the doctor through the interaction platform and sending illness state analysis guidance information fed back by the doctor according to the pain log and the consultation and inquiry information to the patient. According to the invention, the communication between the patients and the medical staff can be conveniently and effectively realized, so that whole course management can be conducted on the pain patient remotely, the pain control and re-diagnosis of the patient are facilitated, great convenience is brought to the patients and the medical staff, and the medical cost is effectively reduced at the same time.
