The measurement device comprises a base provided with a base coordinatesystem matching an integrated navigation coordinate system. A mounting base is arranged at the origin of the base coordinate system, three feeler levers distributed in the circumferential direction are rotationally mounted on the mounting base, and a distance measuring instrument is rotationally mounted at the top end of each feeler lever.
