The device is used for separating circulating abnormal cells which are separated from solid tumors and enter peripheral blood, andis characterized by comprising an upper filter and a lower collector; the upper filter is used for containing the peripheral blood and performing filtering to obtain circulating abnormal cells; the upper filter is provided with a sample loading pipe, a sample loading pipe cover detachably connected to the top of the sample loading pipe, and a cell collecting pipe which is detachably connected to the bottom of the sample loading pipe and communicates with the sample loading pipe; the lower collector is used for collecting filtrate obtained after filtration by the upper filter and is provided with a waste liquid pipe for placing the upper filter and collecting the filtrate; the top part of the sample loading pipe is provided with a first protruding part which extends outwards along the radial direction and is erected on the top part of the waste liquid pipe; the bottom part of the sample loading pipe is provided with a second protruding part which extends downwards along the axial direction; the cell collecting pipe is a hollow pipe; the top part of the cell collecting pipe is provided with a concave part matched with the second protruding part; the cell collecting pipe is embedded on the second protruding part through the concave part; and the cell collecting pipe is also internally provided with a filtering part which is provided with a microporous filter membrane.
