score coefficient is calculated by deeply
coupling the spatial coordinates and the
gene expression amount, and the real inflammation microenvironment of the
cell is accurately restored. An abnormal
baseline model is constructed in combination with the
healthy control group data, an objective screening standard is established,
background noise is effectively eliminated, and high-precision extraction of
abnormal cells is realized. Further, through clustering and spatial enrichment characteristic analysis, the spatial boundary of the inflammation hot spot area is accurately determined, the defects of inaccurate evaluation and fuzzy boundary of the traditional technology are effectively overcome, and the identification accuracy is greatly improved.
