The air guide plate comprises an air guide plate body and a plurality of flow guide rib groups, wherein the air guide plate body is used for being rotatably mounted at an air outlet of the wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit about an axis parallel to the length direction of the air guide plate body, the plurality of flow guide rib groups correspondingly arranged at different length sections of the air guide plate body, each of the flow guide rib group comprises a first side face bulged out ofthe air guide plate body and facing upward when the air outlet is opened, a plurality of first flow guide ribs and a plurality of second flow guide ribs which are sequentially arranged at intervals along the length direction of the air guide plate body, and the first flow guide ribs and the second flow guide ribs extend in the downstream direction of an air supply air flow and gradually deflect towards the two ends of the length direction of the air guide plate body correspondingly, so that the air supply air flow flowing through the length section is diffused out in the direction of the twoends of the length section.
