The heat conduction paste thickness checking tool comprises a positioning mounting plate forreversely mounting a radiator, a checking flat plate vertically and movably arranged on the positioning mounting plate, and a paste scraping plate horizontally and movably arranged on the surface ofthe checking flat plate, wherein a hollow hole used for exposing the paste coating surface of the radiator is formed in the surface of the checking flat plate, and the checking flat plate is used forvertically moving to a preset working height, so that the surface height of the checking flat plate is level with a theoretical height of the paste coating surface of the radiator after the paste coating surface is coated with heat conduction paste. Thus, in the process of moving the paste scraping plate, if part of the heat conduction paste is cut off by using the paste scraping plate to enable the heat conduction paste to remain on the surface of the paste scraping plate, the situation indicates that the thickness of the heat conduction paste exceeds the standard, and the heat conduction paste is corrected through scraping of the paste scraping plate; if the bottom surface of the paste scraping plate directly skims over the heat conduction paste and is not in contact with the surface ofthe heat conduction paste, then situation indicates that the coating amount of the heat-conducting paste does not reach the standard; and if the bottom surface of the paste scraping plate scrapes thesurface of the heat conduction paste in a clinging manner, situation indicates that the coating height of the heat conduction paste just reaches the standard.
