Embodiment 1

[0040] Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to analyze the contents of VEGF and IGFBP-1 in human endometrial cells after microbubble combined with ultrasonic radiation.

[0041] The research object of the present invention is the endometrium of patients with normal endometrium.

[0042] During the natural menstrual cycle, transvaginal ultrasound was used to monitor the growth of the dominant follicle. Monitoring began on the 10th day of the natural menstrual cycle. At first, it was monitored once every 2 days. When the diameter of the dominant follicle reached 12mm, it was monitored once a day. When the diameter reaches 14 mm, monitor the morning urine once a day with the urine test strip method, and the peak day of LH is defined as two obvious horizontal lines on the luteinizing hormone (LH) peak test strip. Intimal samples were collected 5-7 days after the LH peak (mid-luteal phase). All treatment, specimen acquisition and testing, and patient information were...

Embodiment 2

[0048] The process of embodiment 2 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the difference is that: use hemocytometer to observe that the microbubble concentration is about 1×10 7 / L, and use an ultrasonic therapy device to give 1MHZ, 1W / cm in a 37°C water bath 2 Microscopic observation after 60 seconds of irradiation, the solution meets the requirements with microbubble rupture and disappearance.

Embodiment 3

[0050] The process of embodiment 3 is the same as that of embodiment 1, and the difference is that: use hemocytometer to observe that the microbubble concentration is about 1×10 9 / L, and use an ultrasonic therapy device to give 1MHZ, 3W / cm in a 37°C water bath 2 Microscopic observation after 120 seconds of irradiation, the solution meets the requirements as the microbubbles burst and disappear.

Abstract

The present invention discloses an application of microbubble-combined ultrasound intervention in preparing a system for improving receptivity of thin-type endometrium. The microbubble-combined ultrasound intervention provided for the first time can enhance expressions of IGFBP-1 and VEGF in the endometrium, improve decidualization status and blood supply of the endometrium, and increase thicknessof the thin-type endometrium. The system expands use ranges of the microbubble-combined ultrasound and at the same time also provides a new direction for improving the receptivity of the thin-type endometrium; and besides, from results of animal experiments, the microbubble-combined ultrasound intervention can increase the thickness of the endometrium, reconstructs local blood supply and glands, has a relatively good effect, provides new methods and new ideas for clinical treatment of the thin-type endometrium, thus looks forward to increase the thickness of the endometrium through intrauterine infusion of ultrasound microbubbles, improves a clinical pregnancy rate of patients with the thin-type endometrium and solves one of two key factors for successful embryo implantation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical technology, relates to microbubble solvents, and relates to the application of microbubble solvents in improving endometrial receptivity after ultrasonic irradiation, specifically refers to the preparation of microbubbles combined with ultrasound to improve thin endometrial receptivity applications in the system. Background technique [0002] The success of embryo implantation depends on two key factors: a high-quality developing embryo and a well-receptive endometrium. Endometrial receptivity refers to the ability of the endometrium to accept embryos, which is closely related to endometrial thickness, shape, and receptive molecules. Those with thin endometrium cannot effectively support embryo implantation and the maintenance of subsequent pregnancy, which will lead to a significant decrease in the pregnancy rate of these patients, and it is more difficult to obtain good pregnancy outcomes than those with...
