Abstract

The invention provides a vascular calcification detection method and device. The method comprises the steps: acquiring a three-dimensional non-contrast image; inputting the three-dimensional non-contrast image into a pre-trained region recognition network to obtain different to-be-detected sub-regions included in a to-be-detected region in the three-dimensional non-contrast image, wherein the to-be-detected area comprises an aorta area and a coronary artery area; for the to-be-detected area, obtaining a calcified area through a threshold segmentation method; determining a corresponding calcification sub-region in each to-be-detected sub-region in combination with the calcification region and the different to-be-detected sub-regions; in the three-dimensional non-contrast image, displaying the calcified subarea.
