The system is characterized in that application flow limiting devices are respectively deployed in aplurality of application servers related to an application system; obtaining load data of each application server, the load data is sent to the current-limiting parameter coordination device; the current limiting parameter coordination device is used for coordinating current limiting parameters according to load data of a plurality of application servers. Judging whether the current limiting threshold value of the application server is changed or not, if yes, sending threshold value change indication information to an application current limiting device, and after the application current limiting device receives the indication information, determining the current limiting threshold value of the application server according to the indication information, and executing access current limiting on the service provided by the application server.
