Judging whether the current limiting threshold value of the application server is changed or not, if yes, sending threshold value change indication information to an application current limiting device, and after the application current limiting device receives the indication information, determining the current limiting threshold value of the application server according to the indication information, and executing access current limiting on the service provided by the application server.
