Abstract

The invention provides a method for detecting atrazine pesticide residues in sludge. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating a sludge sample to obtain a pretreated sludge sample; (2)extracting the pretreated sludge sample through Soxhlet extraction to obtain an extracting solution; (3) transferring the extracting solution into a rotary evaporator for rotary concentration to obtain a concentrated extracting solution; (4) purifying and eluting the concentrated extracting solution through a small magnesium silicate purification column to obtain an eluent; (5) concentrating theeluent by using a nitrogen blowing concentrator, blowing nitrogen, and finally fixing the volume by using acetone to obtain a sample solution; (6) preparing a standard solution; and (7) setting sampleintroduction conditions and gas chromatography-mass spectrometer parameter conditions, analyzing the sample solution and the standard solution, and obtaining the concentration of the atrazine pesticide in the sample solution after the analysis is finished.
