Abstract

The invention provides a remote sensing satellite relay receiving resource application method and system. The method comprises the following steps: determining a relay receiving resource demand window, receiving a relay satellite idle window, and calculating a visible window between a remote sensing satellite and a relay satellite; taking an intersection of the relay receiving resource demand window, the relay satellite idle window and the visible window to form a to-be-selected window; for the satellites which are not pre-allocated yet and have the highest priority, allocating to-be-selectedwindows to the satellites in each demand time period in sequence; according to a previous to-be-selected window allocation result, performing conflict resolution on the unallocated to-be-selected windows, and updating the states of the to-be-selected windows; and repeatedly executing the operations of to-be-selected window allocation and conflict resolution until the to-be-selected window allocation of all remote sensing satellites is completed. The remote sensing satellite relay receiving resource application method and system provided by the invention have the advantages of simple judgment logic and low time complexity.
