The invention discloses a method for establishing a virtual experiment digital pavement based on pavement scanning data and a storage medium. The method comprises: firstly, scanning a test road by utilizing three-dimensional scanning equipment to obtain three-dimensional scanning point cloud; secondly, approximating a road center line by using a fitting curve function, creating two-dimensional curve regular grid points, and then calculating an elevation value of each grid point by using a discrete data point interpolation method; and finally creating a CRG road surface model corresponding to atest road based on the three-dimensional grid points. According to the method, the road surface characteristics such as unevenness, gradient and road center line of a real test road are completely reserved, and the test road in a test field can be converted into a digital road surface. According to the invention, a test road in an actual automobile test field can be digitally processed and converted into a road surface model which can be used as simulation input of a virtual test field.
