The method comprises the steps that: with the effect of T / 4 delay on an original input signal considered, the transfer function of T / 4 delay is included into voltage impact on an alpha coordinate axis and a beta coordinate axis, and the input signal of a phase-lockedloop is reconstructed; harmonic linearization is carried out on a control link of the small signal of a T / 4 delay phase-locked loop in a frequency domain; and an output cosine signal response causedby power grid voltage disturbance in the running state of the T / 4 delay phase-locked loop is obtained by utilizing a linearization result; and the accurate transfer function model of the T / 4 delay phase-locked loop can be calculated.
