Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of phytochemistry. The invention discloses a method for simultaneously separating schaftoside, vichnine-2 and ecdysone and application. Elsholtzia rugulosais used as an extraction raw material, 90% ethanol is used as an extraction solvent, the extracting solution is concentrated under reduced pressure, and the extracting solution is extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol in sequence; the concentrated n-butyl alcohol extraction part is coarsely separated by using AB-8 macroporous resin to obtain a 50% ethanol elution part;and ODS column chromatography separation is performed on the eluted part to obtain an ecdysone monomer, impurity-containing schaftoside and impurity-containing vichnine-2, and silica gel column chromatography separation and purification are respectively performed on the impurity-containing schaftoside and impurity-containing vichnine-2 to respectively obtain a schaftoside monomer and a vichnine-2monomer. The method is short in separation and purification process, simple to operate and easy to implement, and plant resources and extraction and separation cost are greatly saved; and great economic benefits can be generated, and the development of industries in related fields can be promoted.
