The lower end of the outer sleeve part is used for abutting against the top end of the disposable sampling head, and a first sensingassembly is further arranged on the sample sucking and spotting mechanism and is used for detecting whether the outer sleeve part slides upwards relative to the sample head insertion nozzle or not.
