The process comprises the following steps: (1) quantitatively conveying a high-temperature building gypsum raw material containing soluble anhydrous calcium sulfate to a cooling chamber; (2) providing cold air for a cooling chamber to achieve the cooling effect, performing gas-solid mixing in the cooling chamber, generating a gas-solid mixture, and inputting water mist and the cold air into an evaporation chamber, and generating gaseous damp and hot airflow under the heat exchange effect of liquid water in the evaporation chamber andthe cooling chamber; (3) the gas-solid mixture and warm air flow enter an aging chamber to be subjected to a gas-liquid-solid three-phase mixing aging reaction, along with secondary gas-solid mixing cooling, part of heat needing to be cooled of the materials is used for evaporating liquid water by fully utilizing the heat of the hot materials, and the liquid water evaporation needs a large amountof latent heat of vaporization to absorb part of the heat of the materials so that the cooling effect is achieved; and meanwhile, the evaporated liquid water is in direct contact with the material ina water vapor form so that the situations of bonding, non-uniform aging and the like caused by direct contact between the liquid fog drops and the material are avoided, and the use amount of wet air is reduced.
