As a result, heat transfer between the electrostatic chuck and the refrigerant within the evaporator is a constant-temperature process. This feature improves uniformity of temperature distribution across a diameter of the electrostatic chuck.

Around each hole an inner collar and an outer collar are integrally formed with the conduit wall, and each branch pipe is fixed to the collars by brazing or welding. The method comprises the steps: 1), synthetizing chloromethane: synthetizing crude chloromethane from gas-phase hydrogen chloride and gas-phase methanol; 2), recovering waste heat: performing heat exchange on the crude chloromethane by a heat exchange device and liquid methanol, cooling and discharging, wherein liquid methanol is heated by the heat exchange device to form gas-phase methanol which enters the step 1) as a raw material to react; 3), deacidifying by a deacidifying tower: deacidifying the crude chloromethane; 4), refining in an absorption tower; 5), pressurizing, extracting, rectifying and removing ether; and 6) performing diluted acid solution membrane concentration. In the method, the pressure application ranges of the hydrogen chloride and the methanol are relatively wide, and the content of HCl in diluted acid solution is greatly reduced; the methanol is used as a washing solution, other secondary wastes can not be generated; raw materials, such as the methanol and HCl, are utilized to the greatest extent; the unit energy consumption of CH3Cl is greatly reduced, the unit energy consumption of a product, namely CH3Cl is reduced by more than 20% compared with that in an industrialized unit in the prior art.

Method for synthesizing cubic boron nitride by using Mg3N2 and CaH2

The invention discloses a method for synthesizing cubic boron nitride by using Mg3N2 and CaH2, and belongs to the technical field of superhard material synthesis. The Mg3N2 is taken as a contact agent, the CaH2 is taken as an additive, and hexagonal boron nitride is taken as a raw material; and the method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing the hexagonal boron nitride, the Mg3N2 and the CaH2 in a weight ratio, prepressing the mixture and assembling into a synthetic block; maintaining the synthesis temperature of between 1,000 and 1,600 DEG C and the synthesis pressure of between 4.0 and 6.0GPa for 3 to 8 minutes; and performing chemical treatment to obtain yellow and semitransparent cubic boron nitride crystals with high crystalline form integrity rate. The contact agent and the additive used by the method have low requirement on the purity of the hexagonal boron nitride raw material, and the synthesized cubic boron nitride has high crystalline form integrity rate; and the method has the advantages of wide synthesis pressure and temperature ranges, high conversion rate and low cost and is favorable for industrial production.
