Embodiment 1

[0038] 1. Cut the stolons harvested from potato aerosol cultivation and cut them into small sections. Each section has a section. Place the sections neatly and flat in a clean seedling tray. Use 800 times Spray and disinfect the solution evenly with the zinc solution and dry it for later use.

[0039] 2. Prepare fresh peat. Put the grass charcoal on the seedling tray, pour thoroughly with water, and after the water seeps down, place the sterilized and dried stolons on the substrate. The stems should be placed neatly. After placing them, cover the grass charcoal with a thickness of 5cm, and do not cover the substrate. No watering is required.

[0040] 3. The planting facility is a solar greenhouse with good isolation conditions and no aphids. The indoor temperature is 25-28°C and the humidity is 50%-80%.

[0041] 4. Seedlings emerge 7-10 days after planting, spray MS nutrient solution with seedling height 5cm, spray potassium dihydrogen phosphate with a mass percentage of 3‰ on seed...

[0045] 1. Cut the stolons harvested from potato aerosol cultivation and cut them into small sections. Each section has a section. Place the sections neatly and flat in a clean seedling tray. Use 1000 times Spray and disinfect the solution evenly with the zinc solution and dry it for later use.

[0046] 2. Prepare fresh vermiculite. Put the vermiculite on the seedling tray, pour thoroughly with water, and after the water seeps down, place the sterilized and dried stolons on the substrate. The stems should be placed neatly. After placing them, cover the vermiculite with a thickness of 5cm, and avoid covering them. The vermiculite does not need to be watered.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for reproducing potato minitubers by utilizing stems of potato stolons, and belongs to the technical field of potato cultivation; the potato stolons include potato stolons growing in the process of culturing the potato minitubers by an areoponics culture method. As a supplement to areoponics culture of the potato minitubers, the method provided by the invention hasthe characteristics that remaining stolons after production of potatoes of aeroponics culture are picked and are made into the stems, and the stems are planted into a medium for reutilization after being sterilized, and thus, potato reproduction efficiency can be increased, the reproduction coefficient is increased, and input of production cost is reduced. Each potato seedling of areoponics culture can obtain 45-75 potato minitubers, thus greatly increasing the reproduction coefficient, and correspondingly reducing the input of the production cost.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of potato cultivation, and in particular to a method for multiplying potato minitubers by using the stem segments of the potato stolons. Background technique [0002] Potato minitubers are also known as the original seed. The potato can be used to multiply a sufficient number of virus-free test-tube seedlings in the laboratory, and then transplant them into a substrate (peat, vermiculite, etc.), and then harvest the minitubers. At present, the methods for producing potato minitubers include aerosol method. In the process of using aerosol method to produce potato minitubers, stolons are accompanied by growth. Each potato seedling has about 10 stolons, and each stolon is 30-50cm long. However, after the mini-tubers are harvested, the robust stolons are discarded together with the potato seedlings, which will not only pollute the environment but also cause production waste. Summary of the invention [0003] The purp...
