Abstract

The invention discloses a dyeing method of ABS type 3D-printed clothing fabric. The method includes the following steps that (1) the fabric is pre-cleaned; (2) a disperse dye liquid is prepared; (3) the fabric is placed in the acidic disperse dye liquid for dyeing; meanwhile, benzyl alcohol is added to the disperse dye liquid; and (4) reduction cleaning is performed on the fabric. Dyeing of a disperse dye is performed under the weak acid condition to prevent the disperse dye from being hydrolyzed under the high temperature and alkali actions, the benzyl alcohol plays a role in dyeing increasing in the fabric dyeing process and is used as a dyeing accelerator to regulate and control the microstructure inside the fabric in the dyeing process, the swelling property for filaments is improved,and the glass-transition temperature of fibers is reduced, so that dispersion of the disperse dye to the inside of the ABS type material is promoted, and the fabric dyeing effect is more uniform and is more thorough. Through verification, the ABS type 3D-printed clothing fabric obtained with the dyeing technology is relatively high in color fastness to washing and color fastness to rubbing and conforms to the requirements of the clothing industry.
