Abstract

The invention provides a sensing optical fiber and current-carrying conductor integrated combined wire and a preparation process thereof. The sensing optical fiber and current-carrying conductor integrated combined wire comprises a plurality of stacked conductors, a plurality of optical fibers and a common insulating layer, wherein a wire groove is formed in the surface of at least one conductor along the axial direction, and each optical fiber is embedded in the corresponding wire groove through an adhesive; the surface of each conductor is wrapped with a first insulating layer, the conductors are stacked to form a conductor group, and the common insulating layer wraps the surface of the conductor group. According to the sensing optical fiber and current-carrying conductor integrated combined wire provided by the invention, the sensing optical fiber and the current-carrying conductor are accurately bonded together, so that the information, such as the temperature and deformation on the current-carrying conductor, etc., can be accurately transmitted through the optical fiber; the structure is simple, the mechanical performance is good, the application range is wide, and the large-scale application and popularization are facilitated.
