Abstract

The prestress applying systemcomprises a short cross-shaped steel frame, a sliding block type plain end clamp and a crank rocker force applying component, and bidirectional pre-tensioning loads needed by engineering can be applied through the crank rocker force applying component. Yarn can be drawn out at different angles through cooperation of the middle support and the bottom rotating support. The uniaxial loading system can control the loading rate and obtain an extraction force and an extraction displacement value. According to the invention, engineering practice can be efficiently simulated under test conditions, andthe scientificity and applicability of the test are significantly improved; the device has excellent performance in terms of stability of an applied load, stability of obtaining an extraction force and a displacement value, synchronism, and operability of a test.
