Abstract

The invention discloses a wrist temperature measurement method and device, wearable equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises steps of judging whether the wearable equipment is in a horizontal state or not when the wearable equipment is in a worn state; if so, acquiring wrist temperature data by using a temperature sensor. It can be understood that when the wearable equipment is in a horizontal state, the wearable equipment is tightly attached to the wrist skin through the gravity effect of the wearable equipment, and wrist temperature measurement is conducted through the temperature sensor. The wrist temperature measurement method provided by the invention is advantaged in that whether the wearable equipment is tightly attached to the wrist skin is judged by judging whether the wearable equipment is in the horizontal state or not, wrist temperature measurement can be carried out at any moment when the wrist is in the horizontal state, manual tightening ofa user is not needed in the measurement process, and user experience is improved.
