Embodiment Construction

[0027] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of them.

[0028] In the following examples, taking the miniature rose variety 'Purple Era' as an example, the technological process of the micro-landscape artwork of the test-tube rose is described in detail. In other embodiments, other miniaturizable plant varieties can also be used.

[0029] Step 1: Obtain aseptic seedlings of landscaping plants that have undergone multi-generational cultivation and stable value-added propagation. For the specific steps of step 1, refer to step 101 to step 105.

[0030] Step 101: Take annual branches of adult landscaping plants that are healthy, free from diseases and insect pests and have characteristics of typical varieties planted in the field.

Abstract

The invention provides a process flow of a micro-landscape artwork in a test tube, relates to the technical field of ornamental horticulture and is used for batch production of artwork with a certaintheme with consistent effect. The process flow comprises the following steps: step 1: obtaining aseptic seedlings; step 2: preparing a color culture medium; step 3: pouring the sterilized and cooled color culture medium into a sterile test tube, and subpackaging each sterile test tube with the culture medium accounting for 1 / 4-1 / 3 of a height of the test tube to obtain a miniature culture medium;step 4: carrying out pattern design on a plan view and an elevation view; and step 5: making a micro-landscape in the test tube, inoculating a set number and height of aseptic seedlings and matched plant materials into a set position by using sterile tweezers according to the plan view; adjusting the plant height according to the elevation view to complete plant landscaping; and sealing the test tube to form a test tube micro-landscape artwork.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ornamental gardening, in particular to a technical process of a micro-landscape artwork in a test tube. Background technique [0002] The micro-landscape of isolated plants refers to the miniaturization of plants with ornamental value through in-vitro culture technology, and the use of artistic techniques combined with the natural beauty of plants in sterile containers for landscaping, and with different colors of culture media and accessories. The final miniature art landscape with unique ornamental value. [0003] The landscape art in the prior art has problems such as difficulty in in vitro preservation, poor consistency of art products in production, and the like. The diversity and freedom of plant growth, as well as the particularity of isolated plants, are likely to cause inconsistent effects of artworks on the same subject in the mass production process.
