The hemostatic fastener device with the inner lining plate comprises hemostatic fasteners and an inner lining plate, and the inner lining plate is connected with the hemostatic fasteners and used for compression hemostasis of incisal edge bleeding points of wall layer pleura or periosteum at an inner side of asternal incision; a plurality of holes are arranged in the inner lining plate; each hemostatic fastener comprises a hemostatic fastener main body and a top end fastener; the hemostatic fastener mainbody is used for connecting the inner lining plate and the top end fastener and comprises a strip, a limiting device and a base seat, and the strip penetrates through the hole in the inner lining plate; the limiting device is arranged on the strip and matched with the top end fastener for limiting; the base seat is connected with the strips and positioned at bottom ends of the strips and used forfixing the hemostatic fastener main bodies and the inner lining plate; and the top end fasteners are matched with the limiting devices for limiting, and distances between the top end fasteners and thelining plate are adjusted to enable the lining plate to be in contact with the wall layer pleura or periosteum in a fitting mode.
