The base material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 130 to 210 parts of urea, 60 to 90 parts of monoammonium phosphate, 2 to 3 parts of magnesium nitrate, 7 to 10 parts of potassium chloride and 1 to 2 parts ofpolyvinyl alcohol; the urea-formaldehyde resin coating agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 to 25 parts of urea and 25 to 35 parts of formaldehyde.
