A second latch module comprises a plurality of NAND gate circuits which are connected in parallel; a buffer output module comprises a plurality of buffer output circuits connected in parallel, the plurality of NAND gate circuits are connected with the plurality of buffer output circuits in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and each buffer output circuit can output a gate scanning signal, so each stage of GOA unit can output a plurality of gatescanning signals. Each stage of GOA unit of the GOA circuit is equivalent to a plurality of cascaded GOA units in a traditional GOA circuit.
