Abstract

The invention relates to a thrombus removal device. The thrombus removal device is used for removing thrombus along a guide wire, and includes a thrombus suction assembly and a thrombus removal assembly, wherein, the thrombus suction assembly includes an outer tube, a transmission tube, a driving part and a thrombus suction head. The outer tube sleeves the transmission tube, and one end of the outer tube is connected with the thrombus suction head. The thrombus suction head is used for sucking in and smashing thrombus, and a thrombus crushing knife is arranged in the thrombus suction head. Thetwo ends of the transmission tube are respectively connected with the thrombus crushing knife and the driving part. The thrombus removal assembly is used to draw the thrombus to the thrombus suctionhead, and includes a balloon and a multi-cavity tube connected with the balloon. The balloon can be contracted or expanded by filling fluid. The multi-cavity tube is internally provided with a fluid-filling cavity for filling the balloon with fluid and a guide wire cavity for threading the guide wire. The multi-cavity penetrates through the transmission tube and the thrombus suction head in turn,and enables the thrombus removal assembly to move relative to the thrombus suction assembly in an axial direction. The thrombus removal device can remove the thrombus in a small diameter blood vesselarea, and can clean up the thrombus adhered to the blood vessel wall.
