The temperature and humidity control assembly is arranged at one end, deviating from the low-voltage control box, of the cabinet body and used for adjusting the temperature and humidity in the cabinet body. The operation assembly comprises an insulating guide rail seat which is horizontally arranged in the cabinet body and is used for connecting the solid-sealed polarpole assembly, a sliding block which is used for sliding along the guide rail seat, and a driving assembly which is used for driving the sliding block to connect or disconnect a conductive contact ofthe solid-sealed polar pole assembly.
