A cavity isformed in the pipeline. The device can be adjusted timely according to the size of water yield. When the water yield is relatively small, water in any direction is discharged from an auxiliary drainage pipe in an annular groove, and water flushes the auxiliary drainage pipe, so that a J-shaped platen upwarps and then a filter screen in the direction is jacked up to play an anti-blocking role. When the water yield is relatively large and the annular groove is inadequate to drain water, water is discharged from a top main drainage pipe primarily, so that a flood preventing device right below pushes downward, and an ejector rod further jacks up a well cover to increase the displacement. A semi-circular baffle plate can prevent a backflow phenomenon effectively.
