Abstract

The invention discloses a modeling method for a three-phase inverter real-time simulation model, and the method comprises the steps: employing a quadratic function to fit an external characteristic curve of an IGBT switching operation process for the switching-on and switching-off processes of an IGBT; constructing a single IGBT switch model by a lookup table module of MATLAB / simulink, constructing a calculation model of a three-phase inverter IGBT switch bridge arm by utilizing a finite-state machine, and calculating an output phase voltage according to a control pulse; and importing the established model into an FPGA to construct a three-phase inverter real-time simulation model. The method has the advantages of being high in modeling precision, small in online calculation amount, clearin state conversion and control logic and the like, the built model can be directly transplanted to FPGA hardware, and the three-phase inverter real-time simulation system can be quickly built with low cost.
