During detection, the universal rotating support and the excitation coil rotate to a to-be-detected angle, the main detection device starts direct-current detection to excite moisture in grains, the weak magnetic sensor array collects nuclear magnetic resonance signals after direct-current hard shutdown, and whether adulteration exists or not canbe preliminarily judged at the moment; and then, the main detection device can restart direct current and alternating current for combined excitation, wherein the direct current is in soft turn-off atthe moment, and the weak magnetic sensor array collects nuclear magnetic resonance signals after excitation is finished, stores the nuclear magnetic resonance signals and transmits the nuclear magnetic resonance signals to a handheld terminal for analysis.
