The invention discloses an application system for performing urine analysis by using a camera function of an intelligent mobile device. The application system mainly comprises an application system based on an intelligent mobile terminal and a matched test paper groove. In order to realize portability and low cost required by mobile medical treatment and health management, urine analysis test paper is shot by comprehensively using a special test paper groove and a mobile application, and a relationship of urine components on color RGB values of a reagent pad on the test paper is obtained in a least square fit modeling mode, so that a detection concentration range is obtained by interpolation. In the process, in order to identify the position of the reagent pad in an image and reduce environmental noise, the position of the test paper in a photo and the position of each color block of the reagent pad are positioned in combination with the specially designed test paper groove by utilizing an image segmentation technology in image processing, and filtration, noise reduction and illumination compensation in HSV space are performed.
