The system comprises a battery line connecting a first radiator and a high-voltage battery core to each other for exchanging heat therebetween and provided with a first pump; a refrigerant line provided with a compressor, an expansion valve, a condenser and an evaporator, through which a refrigerant circulates; an interior coolingline having a second pump and connecting a cooling core of an indoor air conditioner and a first heat exchanger such that the cooling core of the indoor air conditioner exchange heat with the evaporator through the first heat exchanger; an interior heating line having a third pump and connecting a heating core of the indoor air conditioner and a second heat exchanger such that the heating core ofthe indoor air conditioner exchange heat with the condenser through the second heat exchanger; a first battery cooling line provided with a cooling adjusting valve; and a first battery heating line provided with a heating adjusting valve.
