The invention provides a voice-based script writing method, apparatus and device, and a storage medium, i.e., obtaining a target voice instruction in a voice writing request, and converting the targetvoice instruction into a target text instruction based on a preset voice recognition library; obtaining a target script writing instruction corresponding to the target text instruction in a preset mapping table; determining a target code statement and/or a target code module corresponding to the text writing instruction in a preset script execution library according to an object keyword and an instruction keyword in the target script writing instruction; and combining the target code statement and/or the target code module to generate a target script code based on a preset code logic. By providing the semantic recognition library and the script execution library, a user can generate the script code based on the voice instruction, the compiling difficulty of the script code is reduced, thescript compiling efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
