Problems solved by technology

Figure 19 The detection device is suitable for the detection of pipes with larger diameters, but not suitable for the measurement of small-diameter pipes with an inner diameter of less than 80 mm, because in order to ensure the detection accuracy, the deformation detection parts 8 are densely arranged along the axial direction, so that the overall diameter is relatively small. Large, the structure cannot be applied to the deformation measurement of small-diameter pipes

Embodiment Construction

[0055] Such as figure 1 As shown, a pipeline deformation detection device includes a battery compartment 1 , a deformation detection unit 5 , a positioning compartment 3 and a mileage measurement unit 4 arranged in sequence along the length direction and connected by a stainless steel flexible tube 2 . The battery compartment 1, the stainless steel flexible tube 2 and the positioning compartment 3 are all closed cylindrical, and their diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is convenient for passing through the pipeline; the battery compartment 1 is connected to the deformation detection part 5, the positioning compartment 3 and the mileage measurement part 4 respectively connected and provide power to it. The mileage measurement part 4 detects the number of laps of the mileage wheel 45 described later in the pipeline, the deformation detection part 5 acquires the rotation angle information of the detection arm 53 described later, and the positionin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting pipeline deformation through a pipeline deformation detection device. A detection part comprises at least one deformation detection arm assembly arrangedin the axial direction. Every two adjacent deformation detection arm assemblies are connected in the axial direction through a connecting piece. Each deformation detection arm assembly comprises a detection arm supporting frame, a plurality of detection arms which are distributed in the circumferential direction of the detection arm supporting frame and are arranged in an outward diverging mode, and an angle sensor used for sensing the rotating angles of the detection arms. Each deformation detection arm assembly is arranged by twisting for a certain angle along the circumferential direction,so that all the detection arms are arranged in a staggered manner and are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction when being seen along the axial direction. The pipeline deformationdetection device moves in a detected pipeline to detect pipeline deformation. The method is especially suitable for deformation measurement of a small-caliber pipeline.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of pipeline detection, in particular to a method for detecting pipeline deformation by using a pipeline deformation detection device. Background technique [0002] Most of the pipeline positioning technologies are limited by the size, material and detection environment of the pipeline, with poor versatility and low accuracy. Inertial navigation and positioning technology is not affected by external electromagnetic interference and pipeline buried depth, and is suitable for pipelines of various materials. At present, the diameter of underground pipeline positioning instruments based on inertial technology is limited by the inertial devices used, and can only be used for larger diameter pipelines. Generally, the inner diameter of the pipeline to be tested is required to be not less than 80 mm. For example, if Figure 19 As shown, it is a pipe inner wall deformation detection device suitable for pipes with an ...
