Abstract

The invention relates to a transformer fault inspection system and method based on sound processing. The system comprises an intelligent inspection robot and an upper computer; a pickup and a lower computer are carried on the intelligent inspection robot; the pickup is used for collecting sound signals along the way in the process that the intelligent inspection robot inspects a transformer substation, and transmitting the collected sound signals to the lower computer; the lower computer is used for removing noise of the received sound signals to obtain the sound signals of a transformer, andtransmitting the sound signals of the transformer to the upper computer; and the upper computer is used for processing the received sound signals, judging whether the transformer has a fault or not and giving a judgment result. Manual inspection is replaced by the inspection robot, so that the inspection efficiency can be improved, the labor cost can be reduced, and the accuracy of a detection result can be improved through sound fault detection.
