A spindle for a threaded drive, in which the spindle comprises: a first spindle portion having a first threaded portion and a second spindle portion having a second threaded portion, in which the first threaded portion and the second threaded portion together form threads of the spindle; a fixing device, wherein the first spindle portion and the second spindle portion are designed in such a way that a distance between the first spindle portion and the second spindle portion along the axis of rotation of the spindle can be adjusted in order to adjust a misalignment between the first threaded portion and the second threaded portion, and wherein the fixing device is set so that the first spindle portion and the second spindle portion are fixed at the adjusted distance.
