The invention discloses a public distribution transformer constant-volume type selection method and system considering charging pile access, and the method comprises the following steps: 1), obtaininga public distribution transformer basic load curve in a pure residential area and a commercial and residential scene through clustering analysis; 2) according to the initial charging time, the charging power, the charging duration and the charging frequency, adopting Monte Carlo simulation to obtain an electric vehicle charging load curve; 3) considering the annual change trend of the basic loadrate and the permeability of the electric vehicle, and establishing a comprehensive load natural growth mathematical model; and 4) establishing a combined decision optimization model by taking the minimum full life cycle cost of the comprehensive investment scheme of the orderly charging and newly-built distribution transformer as a target, and determining the application time of the orderly charging and the newly-built time, capacity and model of the distribution transformer.
