Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of waviness design and computer-aided tolerance design (CAT), and particularly relates to an automatic generation method of a waviness profile maximum height value (Wz) of a shaft part based on a body. The method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) constructing an ontology automatically generated by Wz; (2) establishing an SWRL reasoning rule automatically generated by Wz; (3) extracting automatically generated related information of Wz; (4) constructing an automatic generation instantiation ontology model of Wz; and (5) combining the Jess inference machine with the SWRL rule, inferring the automatic generation of the Wz, and outputting a result. An ontology reasoning knowledge framework is constructed by utilizing ontology to automatically generate domain knowledge of Wz, and a Wz knowledge base is expanded according to dominant domain knowledge reasoning implicit knowledge; and in combination with a semantic network rule language rule base, Wz is reasoned for specific design and use environment conditions of geometric products. According to the invention, a computer can select a proper Wz value, and a quick and effective method is provided for automatic generation and design of Wz.
