The invention provides a Pinyin processing method and device combining RPA and AI; and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the Pinyin and pronunciation corresponding to a to-be-processed character through employing a natural language processing (NLP) technology; judging whether the pinyin is consistent with the pronunciation or not and whether the pronunciation has a rhotic accent syllable or not to obtain a judgment result; and according to the judgment result, performing phonetic inflexion processing on the pinyin corresponding to the character, thereby performing phonetic inflexion processing on the pinyin of the character in combination with pronunciation of the character, enabling the pinyin of the character to be consistent with actual pronunciation of the character, and improving accuracy of generated voice.
