Abstract

The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted millimeter wave radar RCS test method based on a high-precision intelligent mechanical arm. The method comprises the steps of 1, obtaining the maximum effective distance of a radar, enabling the initial position of the radar to be located at the maximum effective detection distance position in the direction opposite to the front side of a standard corner reflector through the high-precision intelligent mechanical arm, and obtaining and recording the RCS data measured by the radar, 2, controlling the high-precision intelligent mechanical arm to anticlockwise rotate the radar by 1 degree with the standard corner reflector as the reverse circle center, 3, when the radar is placed and rotated to 90 degrees, completing the measurement of the RCS of thestandard corner reflector in a period, re-controlling the high-precision intelligent mechanical arm to place the radar at the position of 0 degree, reducing the distance from the radar to the target standard corner reflector 1m compared with the previous period, and repeating the step 2 until the distance from the radar to the target standard corner reflector is 1m, and 4, repeating the step 3 until the distance to the corner reflector does not exceed 1m.
