A water inlet of the irrigation pump and a water outlet of the drainage pump are both communicated with the water cellar, a water outlet of the irrigation pump and a water inlet of the drainage pump areboth communicated with the irrigation pipe network, and the multiple drip irrigation heads are communicated with the irrigation pipe network through hoses; the drip irrigation heads are pipe bodies with the closed lower ends and each comprise a drip irrigation pipe and a drainage pipe, the drip irrigation pipes are buried in soil, a plurality of drip irrigation micropores are evenly distributed ineach drip irrigation pipe, the lower ends of the drainage pipes are communicated with the upper ends of the drip irrigation pipes, the upper ends of the drainage pipes longitudinally stretch out of the soil, and a drainage port is formed in the section, stretching out of the soil, of each drainage pipe; and the drainage ports are provided with opening and closing mechanisms.
