Abstract

A pressure relief bolt of the gas pressure balancing device is used for cooperating with a gas leakage hole preset in a rocket body of the carrier rocket, and therefore the gas pressure balancing device has the condition that gas pressure inside the rock body communicates with gas pressure outside the rocket body. Preset elastic pre-tightening force is applied to a windproof cover plate by utilizing a springback assembly, and therefore selective sealing to a first gas channel is realized. Before the carrier rocket takes off, the windproof cover plate seals a first sealing channel, and the situation that redundant objects are introduced into the rocket body when the rocket in the final assembly and transportation environment can be effectively avoided. Dynamic balancing of atmospheric pressure inside and outside the rocket body can be realized by taking the stressed boundary condition of the windproof cover plate in the flying process of the rocket as the constraint condition of the springback assembly. Airtightness of the gas leakage hole is structurally guaranteed, and the gas leakage hole does not need to be blocked manually. Before launching, a plugging object of the gas leakage hole does not need to be dismounted, and potential safety hazards brought by toxic propellant filling of the rocket are avoided.
