Abstract

The traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of ginseng, 60-120 parts of radix aconiti lateralis preparata, 30-60 parts of raw rhubarb, 20-40 parts of rhizoma gastrodiae, 10-30 partsof folium ginkgo, 10-30 parts of cassia twig and 5-20 parts of radix scutellariae. The fEPSP (Field Post-Synaptic Potential) of the hippocampus CA1 region of a sepsis mouse is recorded with a nerve electrophysiology technology, and the slope, namely, the LTP (Long-Term-Depression) amplitude is analyzed.
