A structure mainbody is formed by connecting a water collecting well and the target channel, wherein an expansion joint is arranged between the water collecting well (where a gun platform is located) and the targetchannel; the water collecting well mainly comprises a reinforced concrete bottom plate and side wall, a water discharging opening and a gravel vibration isolation ditch; and the target channel mainlycomprises a reinforced concrete bottom plate and side wall, a flashboard door and a gravel vibration isolation ditch. The flashboard door which can be controlled by a motor to lift is mounted in the target channel; when ammunition loading work needs to be carried out, the flashboard door is closed to discharge water in the water collecting well, so that a dry operation environment in the water collecting well is guaranteed; when a launching test is carried out, the flashboard door is opened and projectiles can be launched in an underwater environment; and the expansion joint between the watercollecting well and the target channel and the gravel vibration isolation ditch outside the side wall of a framework are used for reducing influences on the target channel by recoil force when the gunplatform is launched, so that the requirements on test precision are guaranteed.
