Abstract

The invention relates to organic waste liquid recovery equipment and a method thereof, the organic waste liquid recovery equipment comprises a dividing wall rectifying tower, the dividing wall rectifying tower is divided into a feeding side and a recovery side by a partition plate, the feeding side is provided with a third distributor, a second distributor is arranged above the partition plate, afirst distributor is arranged above the second distributor, and the common rectifying section of the dividing wall rectifying tower is positioned between the first distributor and the second distributor. The invention further comprises the method for recycling the organic waste liquid by utilizing the dividing wall rectifying tower. A multi-tower process is combined into a single-tower process, sothat light components, heavy components and target components in the waste liquid are effectively separated, the number of rectifying towers and connecting pipelines are reduced, the process flow isshort, the investment is small, the retention time of the target components in the device is shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced by over 10 percent compared with that of a conventional rectifying scheme; and the probability of decomposition or other reactions of the target component is reduced.
